About Us
Invention League is an inclusive, educational, non-profit organization. As an organization we offer the Invention Convention Program to students K-12. Additionally, the Invention League offers year-long educational support, Inventor Experiences and the Invention and Entrepreneurship State Final Competition to students, schools and districts at no cost to the families or districts. Along with providing professional development for educators, Invention League has built a community of dedicated like-minded heroes who support the belief that the better we educate our youth and the more opportunities we provide them to learn and implement STEAM skills the better all of our lives will become.
Invention League is a 501(C)(3) program aligned with the Invention Convention Worldwide and The Henry Ford. Inventors who have succeeded in Invention League have the opportunity to receive an invitation to participate in the national competition.

THE 2023 OHIO INVENTION CONVENTION PRELIMINARY COMPETITION WILL BE AN ONLINE VIDEO SUBMISSION COMPETITION ONLY.
THE 2023 OHIO INVENTION CONVENTION STATE FINAL WILL BE AN ONLINE JUDGING PLATFORM, WITH JUDGES INTERACTING AND SCORING STUDENT INVENTORS WHO HAVE ADVANCED FROM THE PRELIMINARY COMPETITION IN ZOOM JUDGING CIRCLES.

Judging Criteria
- The ability to view recorded pitch videos on a device
- Judges are not permitted to evaluate inventor(s) they know personally, have prevously taught/mentored, or are in the school district in which you reside.
- An interest in the creative and innovative problem-solving Ohio's K-12 students are doing through invention education
- The desire to support your community and make a difference in the lives of Ohio's youth
